Achievements

Throughout my career, I have been honoured to receive several awards and grants that have shaped my development as a performer and educator. In 2015, I was awarded the Malaysian ABRSM Winds Prize, a milestone that marked the beginning of many professional performance and educational opportunities. The award enabled me to further my studies at the Silpakorn Summer Music School in Thailand under the guidance of Dr. Yos Vaneesorn, as well as organise a series of workshops, masterclasses, and recital performances across Malaysia.

In 2021 and 2022 I was awarded project grants by CENDANA (Cultural Economy Development Agency). These grants supported the creation and presentation of innovative online chamber music projects during the COVID-19 pandemic, allowing me to continue engaging audiences and promoting music despite the restrictions on live performances.
